Typically, we put out our publication in limited print runs quarterly. However, thanks to all our subscribers over the years, we have reached our tenth anniversary!

As such, this celebratory special edition you hold in your hands covers a simple--yet special--dessert.

We present to you this homemade egg pudding recipe, a dish people of all ages can enjoy.

<Recipe>
  1. Mix granulated sugar with a little less than two cups of water. Boil to make caramel.
  2. Add vanilla beans to milk and heat to a boil. Mix in eggs and granulated sugar to create pudding mixture.
  3. Grease pudding mold with butter. Pour caramel, then mixture in order, then bake.
  4. Let it cool, then remove from mold and serve.
  • If you use Armorican honey instead of sugar for the pudding mixture, you'll have an even smoother pudding as a result.
