Pepper and Herb Puchero with Bone-In Meat
Aged Miso x 1 Vintage Wine x 1 Maple Sugar x 2 Kibbled Salt x 5 Fresh Herb x 5 Dragon Beans x 2 Black Pepper x 4 Juicy Bone x 2 After giving the bone-in meat a salt rub, shred and add herbs. Prepare as you would a typical puchero. Add a touch of fish coulis as a finishing touch, if available. Keep an eye on the thickness when heating.
